Most of these problems we run across with police officers have to do with their training. They are trained that if somebody is not complying to use force and to keep ramping up that amount of force until they have that person in compliance with their demands regardless of whether thay are lawfuller or not. It's all about control, and punishment and their ego.

I think it can clearly be seen that the problem in this agency is the leadership. The chief's words spoke for themselves. The victims in this video did all the right things and were still menaced by the very people who are supposed to protect and serve. They should have been left alone. The chief said there was a problem with people hanging around as the bars closed, but from what I saw, they were hanging around because the officers were targeting them. If the music was too loud, write the driver a ticket and send them on their way. The officers overstepped their authority with the chief's backing.

They will protect and serve you regardless if you want them to or not even if it kills you they will protect and serve.

Here we circle back to the same things, unintelligent and badly trained policemen. Add in inappropriate social skills and defective personality characteristics and, voila, here's what you get.
